Dr. Monique Jenkins provided excellent service and an excellent attitude for the hearing aid I bought. Dr. Jenkins is highly knowledgeable and always went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and all of my questions were answered completely and whatever adjustments might be needed are completed with precision. I have had hearing problems for many years and would have acquired hearing aids much sooner had I known how effective they are and what a pleasant experience this has been. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins. Having the confidence of knowing you can hear clearly again is such a blessing and a positive experience for my family and me.
